This section is used to archive Items and send reminder messages.
Archive date
This field defines the date on which the Item will be moved to the archive database.
You can enter the date manually, but it’s much more convenient to use the built-in calendar. Click on the ‘Show calendar’ button and pick the date.
Reminder date
Sometimes an author may wish to be reminded of something concerning the Item he is working on. Sitecore Reminders are made just for that. They also make the Administrator's work easier, by providing a convenient way of notifying Editors and other staff members about changes needed to be made.
This field defines the date on which the reminder will be sent.
Reminder Recipients
Reminders in Sitecore are sent via email. In this field, you can specify who will get a reminder. Email addresses are to be separated with a semicolon, for example: person1@compay.com;person2@compay.com.

Any text you want a reminder to include.
